Safe use of public pages
GripElectric public pages may be read for search, summarisation, citation and customer navigation. Use public sitemaps, robots.txt, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, the AI catalog and the WebMCP manifest for discovery.
WebMCP and browser-agent tools
GripElectric may expose WebMCP or WebMCP-like browser tools as progressive enhancement for public pages only. Approved public tool categories are emergency guidance, emergency area URL discovery, quote-request preparation, and consent-gated quote enquiries.
- Read-only tools may summarise visible public safety guidance, public area URLs and required quote fields.
- Write tools must require explicit customer instruction and customer-provided details.
- Quote/contact tool use must require consent and must not claim that an appointment is confirmed.
- WebMCP support is optional. Browsers or agents without support should continue using the visible public page and form controls.
Automation boundaries
- Do not crawl, submit to or attempt to use private paths such as /api/, /admin/, /dashboard/ or /account/ unless a separate authenticated customer or operator workflow explicitly allows it.
- Do not seek, expose or infer private admin data, credentials, payment details or other sensitive information.
- Only submit quote/contact forms after explicit customer instruction and only with details the customer has provided for that enquiry.
- If the situation involves immediate danger, fire, injury risk or another life/safety emergency, direct the customer to emergency services.
- For urgent electrical issues, use the published phone details rather than relying only on asynchronous web forms.
- A quote request or contact form submission is an enquiry. It is not a confirmed appointment unless GripElectric returns or sends an explicit confirmation.
Customer control
Agents should keep the customer in control of any enquiry. Confirm the details to be sent, avoid adding unsupported claims, and use only public page content or customer-provided information.
